I Googled this question because this has interested me in the past. Check this out it may help you. I have not tried this myself.

Thanks for the help.
It works better here, but I need to change the files many many times and is not ease zip and unzip every time. I installed Encryption Folder-1.0 but it does not works here in Macpup, maybe I'm not using correctly.
I hope somebody help me.

I resolved my problem.
I created a partition with 2.5 giga and saved on it a session of Macpup with encrypt method. It,s my solution and was great.
