Cursor size in "themes"

How would I change the cursor size in the various "themes"?
I have applied the new Holiday-1 theme and I like it alot... I would however, prefer a smaller or , better yet, a hollow cursor.

Go to menu-settings-settings panel then under the look tab go down to mouse cursor.

You would need to rebuild the theme to change the cursor to a hollow one.

Thanks... I was trying to use desktop/pcur...
Just changing the size will do until I feel capable enough to "rebuilding" anything!

All of the puppy stuff for jwm/icewm are in the menus but they dont do anything while your in e17.
