   I installed macpup 511, I would like to add as your browser Cromium but after installation the boot and gives me error and will not start.
   Help me to solve this problem please?

   hi, this is message error:

   There was no error message

   I have no idea. Try starting it in the terminal to see what is going on. Look in the .desktop file for it in /usr/share/applications to get the right executable.

   I am running Chromium 12 in macpup 520 .Installed it from the repo .Haven't had any issues yet.

   I'm running Iron 10, which is Chrome with all the Google tracking modules taken out. Check it out; it's in the Puppy Lucid repo.

   Actually I have the same issue :(

   Opening chromium v7.x results in a popup windows which says "Chromium Web Browser has stopped expectantly - there is no error message"

   the app never opens...

   however the chromium v7.x installed and ran fine on the previously installed Puppy Linux v525

   As said before, run it from the terminal and see what is happening. Or use version 12 or iron 10
